Welcome to Salty Oak Photography. I’m the founder — and while it started with just me behind a single camera, we’ve since grown into a full team of creatives: photographers, videographers, and content creators, plus a photobooth, micro wedding packages, and day-of coordination support when couples need an extra hand.

Over the years, across so many weddings, I noticed the same thing again and again: the couples who felt most relaxed on the day were the ones who felt organised in the months leading up to it. So I built this planner — checklists, budgets, vendor comparisons, timelines, all of it — to ease some of the overwhelm our couples were feeling.

Every checklist, comparison, and worksheet in here comes from what we’ve actually seen work at real weddings. My hope is that it takes a little bit of the overwhelm out of the process, so you get to enjoy more of it — right up until our team is there capturing your day.
